WA AIDS Memorial

Voyant Augmented Reality worked with Australian artist JC on the updated WA AIDS Memorial located at Roberston Park in Perth. The new installation included a physical red ribbon installation fabricated in metal with a QR code that triggered an Instagram augmented reality experience. The project was commissioned by the WA AIDS Council and the City of Vincent, and launched on World AIDS Day 2021. The work was later featured by the Australian Museum in Sydney and hosted on their Instagram account as part of the audience experience for Sydney World Pride 2023.
